Policies

Here at Redneck Rebel our goal to provide the best products and service to all customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do all we can to make it right! Please contact us with any issues.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If we did something wrong on our end such as defective, incorrect, missing, etc. contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your order.  Broken items, due to customer negligence, are not eligible for exchange. Beyond any errors made by us, all sales are final. 
Keep in mind that all accessories are handmade. Please follow care instructions. 
Sometimes life happens, we get it. In the event that you may need to cancel your order, please contact us right away. If your order has already begun processing (usually within 24 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order. 
Returns
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can't accept a return. Returns are only for items that are damaged. We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged,  if the wrong size is ordered and we have it in stock an exchange may be made. In this case the customer will pay shipping for the return of the item and for us to ship the exchange out.
